The Big Apple!

Well, I am finally getting back to the blog. We have been out of town celebrating our 8th anniversary, and this week has been crazy. T and I headed to NYC to hang out and relax. We had a great time. We were also able to spend some time with my brother who lives there. It was great to see him!

T and I at the top of Top of the Rock. The view was beautiful from up there. I liked it better than the Empire State Building. There wasn't anything to block your view. It was really windy though.

U.S. Open. T and I headed to the Open on Monday. It was really cool. We watched Nadal play.
T surprised me and took me to Tavern on the Green for our anniversary. Had I known we were going I would have dressed a little nicer. :) T assured me that they would take our money no matter how we were dressed! ha!

Crazy Times Square. There are so many people in this area at all times.

Ellis Island. We took the boat over. I wanted to see this place since this is where my great grandfather came through. It was pretty cool to see.

We were also able to take in several Broadway shows, but you are not allowed to take any pictures. So I followed the rules. :) We had a great time, and will be back soon I am sure! :)
