View from our hotel. Ground zero 7 years later. They have built one building over to the right, but that is all so far.
T and I at the top of Top of the Rock. The view was beautiful from up there. I liked it better than the Empire State Building. There wasn't anything to block your view. It was really windy though.

U.S. Open. T and I headed to the Open on Monday. It was really cool. We watched Nadal play.
T surprised me and took me to Tavern on the Green for our anniversary. Had I known we were going I would have dressed a little nicer. :) T assured me that they would take our money no matter how we were dressed! ha!

Ellis Island. We took the boat over. I wanted to see this place since this is where my great grandfather came through. It was pretty cool to see.

View of Manhattan today without the twin towers. We were also able to take in several Broadway shows, but you are not allowed to take any pictures. So I followed the rules. :) We had a great time, and will be back soon I am sure! :)

I wish we would have been there at the same time. We went to the Open on Saturday. It was great. I love the atmosphere. I can't wait to watch the finals tonight. I hope Federer dominates!!
We went to the Top of the Rock too. I was cracking up looking at your pics. We were only a few days apart doing all that. I didn't get to go to any shows or Tavern on the Green. Maybe next time!
